WMOL Learning System
The AWS SAA Companion App is part of the WMOL Learning System, provided by Wang Method LLC. These documents cover this app and its optional connected access.
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AWS Solutions Architect Associate Companion App (the “App”), provided by Wang Method LLC (“Wang Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) Independent educational companion
The App is an independent educational companion. It is not an official Amazon Web Services product and is not presented as affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. The App is not a source of official AWS examination content.
AWS and related certification, service, product, logo, and brand references are third-party marks or names. References are descriptive only and do not grant us or you ownership of those marks or imply affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.
2) Educational purpose and no guarantee of results
The App provides general educational material intended to support cloud-architecture knowledge, AWS service selection, design tradeoffs, and exam-oriented reasoning. It does not provide professional cloud consulting, legal, financial, compliance, security-assurance, or other regulated professional advice.
The App does not guarantee exam eligibility, exam passage, certification, recertification credit, employment, promotion, compensation, academic credit, legal compliance, or any other result. Practice Questions are independently created learning materials and should not be treated as official, recalled, leaked, or predictive exam questions.
3) Intended audience and children
The App is intended for professional and educational audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the App to submit sensitive personal information, confidential employer information, protected health information, trade secrets, or official examination content.
4) Limited license and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, Wang Method LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and its original content for your own lawful educational use. No ownership is transferred.
Original software, design, organization, wording, learning structures, Study Resources, Practice Questions, and other original materials are owned by Wang Method LLC or its licensors, except for third-party rights and generally available facts, concepts, standards, and service information.
5) Acceptable use and security
You may not unlawfully copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense, circumvent access controls, interfere with security, misuse downloaded content, or use the App to create an unauthorized competing content library or dataset. You may not attempt to obtain Premium content or decryption material without authorization.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot legally be waived, including lawful security research or reverse engineering expressly permitted by applicable law.
6) Local data and device responsibility
The App stores settings, progress, attempts, downloaded-content records, and related functionality data primarily on your device. Resetting progress, clearing storage, deleting the App, changing devices, or losing a device may remove local information. Connecting devices shares eligible subscription access; it does not synchronize detailed learning progress.
Where Connect your devices is available, you may use an optional Apple or Google sign-in to connect an eligible purchase to one WMOL account. The email entered at checkout is for billing and does not automatically create that connection. Use the same connected sign-in on your other devices. A store account used to pay is not automatically a connected WMOL account.
Connected Full Access supports up to two devices. To replace a device, disconnect one first. One replacement is permitted every 24 hours. Keep your sign-in and private device credentials secure; a Support ID is not an access credential. The device allowance is for your personal use and does not authorize sharing a subscription with other people.
Sign Out keeps your WMOL account and its purchase connection. Disconnect removes a device from the connected-device list. Delete Account removes your WMOL sign-in and disconnects your devices. It does not delete your Apple or Google account, cancel billing, or erase study progress saved on your devices. Creating another WMOL account, even with the same email, does not automatically restore the old account’s purchase. Contact support if you need help with that purchase. To use Full Access on another device, keep your existing WMOL account and use the same sign-in there, within the two-device limit.
7) Premium access, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Weeks 1-2 may be available without a subscription. Premium access may unlock Weeks 3-25, the Exam Phase, and other Premium features described in the App.
The price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that continues until canceled. For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, use the store account that made the purchase. For web billing, use Manage Subscription in Full Access settings or the billing link in your purchase email. Completing the learning plan, signing out, disconnecting a device, deleting your WMOL account, or deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Apple or Google processes marketplace purchases. Where web checkout is offered, RevenueCat Billing and Stripe support checkout, payment, receipts, and subscription management. Wang Method LLC does not receive your full payment-card number.
Signing in or refreshing access does not make a new purchase.
If you separately buy through another store or account, that subscription has its own billing. Connecting devices does not combine or cancel subscriptions.
Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the verified paid period ends. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel and applicable law. For web-purchase refund questions, contact [email protected]. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. A refund, revocation, expiration, chargeback, or other entitlement loss may end Premium access; encrypted downloads may remain stored but locked.
The App uses RevenueCat and server-side checks to verify whether the aws_associate_premium entitlement is active. Supported desktop and mobile versions allow already downloaded Premium content offline for up to seven days after a successful online check, capped by the confirmed subscription or authorized grace-period expiration, whichever comes first. Reconnect to confirm a renewal; being offline does not extend access indefinitely. New downloads require internet access. A refund or device removal while offline may take effect when the device reconnects or its existing offline allowance expires.
8) Third-party services and external links
The App may use or link to third-party services for app distribution, billing, entitlement verification, encrypted content delivery, documentation, email, community access, and other supporting functions. These may include Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Discord, and Amazon Web Services documentation. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their availability or practices.
9) Updates, corrections, and availability
Features, content, learning plans, pricing, access rules, and App behavior may change. We may correct errors, revise content, add or remove features, suspend access, or discontinue part or all of the App for educational, technical, legal, security, or business reasons.
The App may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete content, unavailable downloads, or compatibility problems. You are responsible for using reasonable judgment and confirming important information independently.
10) Feedback and support
If you voluntarily send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or feature ideas, you authorize Wang Method LLC to use them to operate, improve, and develop the App and related products without compensation unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not send confidential or sensitive information.
11) Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material violations of these Terms. Store-managed subscription rights and mandatory consumer protections remain subject to applicable law and marketplace rules.
12) Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wang Method LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these exclusions may not fully apply to you.
13) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wang Method LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, lost profits, certification outcomes, employment decisions, business losses, or reliance on educational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14) Informal dispute resolution
Before filing an arbitration or court claim, you and Wang Method LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Send a written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution to [email protected] with the subject “Dispute Notice.” This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where delay would cause irreparable harm.
15) Individual arbitration and opt-out
Except for claims eligible for small-claims court, claims seeking only temporary or preliminary injunctive relief, and disputes that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, disputes arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Use the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and include the App name plus enough information for us to identify and record your request. Opting out of arbitration does not affect the rest of these Terms.
16) Class and representative action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, private-attorney-general, or representative proceeding. An arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only as necessary to resolve that individual claim. If applicable law makes part of this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that portion will be severed and handled as required by law.
17) Governing law
Except for the Federal Arbitration Act and mandatory laws that apply regardless of contractual choice, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any non-arbitrable dispute may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable consumer law provides you a different mandatory venue right.
18) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The revised version will identify its update date and may be displayed in the App or on an associated website. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wang Method LLC (“Wang Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the AWS Solutions Architect Associate Companion App (the “App”). Most learning data remains on your device. Where Connect your devices is available, an optional WMOL account connects eligible subscription access across devices. This Policy describes that sign-in, billing, and access-verification data as well as local storage.
1) Key points
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use learning progress for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
- The current App does not include a third-party advertising SDK.
- Most detailed learning and practice data remains on your device.
- Premium verification and encrypted content delivery require limited network requests to service providers.
- On supported mobile versions, local reminders are optional and controlled through device permissions.
- Optional connected access uses authentication and device records; it does not synchronize learning progress.
- We do not use precise location or geographic restrictions to enforce the connected-device limit.
2) Information stored on your device
Depending on the features you use, the App may store:
- A name or nickname used for in-App personalization
- Theme, reminder, onboarding, walkthrough, and other settings
- Study-plan progress and completion records
- Practice attempts, answers, outcomes, omitted items, review groups, paused sessions, queues, history, and resume data
- Downloaded-content records, file paths, versions, verification hashes, and encrypted content packs
- Notification permission state and scheduled local-notification identifiers
- Premium entitlement state, a pseudonymous RevenueCat App User ID / Support ID, and time-limited offline authorization
- When using connected access, sign-in session tokens, the displayed sign-in label, a device identifier, and private device credentials; mobile and desktop cache encryption keys and private device credentials use operating-system secure storage
- Popup, greeting, and milestone-completion state
This information is used to operate the App, preserve your place, display progress, resume sessions, and manage downloaded content. It generally remains on your device unless a feature described below requires a network request or you choose to send information to us.
3) Learning and practice data
The current App does not intentionally upload your detailed study progress, answers, practice history, or chosen display name to Wang Method LLC servers for advertising or behavioral profiling. Because this information is primarily local, Wang Method LLC generally cannot retrieve, restore, remotely export, or remotely delete it for you.
You can use the App’s reset controls for supported progress data. You can also clear App storage or delete the App through your device. Deleting the App or a WMOL account does not cancel a subscription.
4) Optional sign-in, connected devices, and subscription identifiers
The App uses RevenueCat to support purchases, restore access, and determine whether Premium is active. A purchase may use a random device App User ID or an identifier associated with a connected WMOL account. The Support ID is a troubleshooting reference, not proof of ownership or a sign-in code. We also retain hashed store transaction references and opaque purchase-connection identifiers to restore eligible purchases and prevent one purchase from being claimed by different WMOL accounts. These ownership records do not contain full payment-card details and may remain after account deletion.
Where available, Continue with Apple or Google authenticates you through the chosen provider and Supabase. Depending on the provider and your choices, authentication may process your provider identifier, email address or Apple relay address, basic profile information, and authentication/session records. The App displays a sign-in label so you can recognize the connected account. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
The Cloudflare-hosted access service stores the WMOL user identifier, its RevenueCat mapping, device identifiers and labels, hashed private device credentials, connection status and timestamps, and device-replacement timing. These records connect an eligible purchase to one account, enforce the two-device limit and replacement cooldown, and verify access. Short-lived connection requests and browser confirmation codes support sign-in; codes and Support IDs do not independently authorize Premium.
RevenueCat may process App User IDs, products, offerings, purchase events, subscription and entitlement status, expiration information, purchase environment, and related technical information. The App and access service use these records and authentication/device proof to authorize protected content and issue bounded offline access. Connecting devices does not upload your detailed study progress.
5) Purchases and billing email
Apple or Google processes marketplace purchases. Where web billing is offered, RevenueCat Billing and Stripe process checkout, payment, billing email, receipts, and subscription management. Wang Method LLC does not receive your full payment-card number. The relevant providers may process transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, account, device, and subscription information under their own privacy practices and legal obligations. We may access billing/customer and transaction records made available through our billing services for support, reconciliation, refunds, and abuse prevention.
Entering an email at web checkout does not automatically connect a purchase to a WMOL sign-in. Billing and sign-in records serve different purposes. Signing in or refreshing access does not create a new charge; an existing subscription may still renew on its normal schedule.
6) Encrypted content delivery and Cloudflare
The App connects to Wang Method LLC infrastructure hosted through Cloudflare to retrieve a content manifest, weekly plans, encrypted content packs, and authorized decryption keys.
These requests may involve:
- Requested pack ID and key ID
- A pseudonymous RevenueCat App User ID when Premium verification is required
- Authentication and private device proof for supported connected-access and device-verification requests
- IP address, request time, network information, user-agent or device-request metadata, security signals, and standard server-log information processed by hosting and security providers
This information is used to deliver content, verify authorization, maintain service security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect infrastructure. Downloaded proprietary packs are stored locally in encrypted form and are decrypted for authorized use. No security method can guarantee absolute security.
7) Local notifications
On mobile versions that support reminders, if you enable them, the App requests notification permission and schedules notifications locally on your device. Reminder text may use the name or nickname stored locally. Core learning content does not require notification permission, and you can disable notifications through device settings.
8) Feedback, support, email, and clipboard
If you contact us or send feedback by email, Wang Method LLC receives the information you choose to provide, which may include your email address, message, screenshots, device platform, App details, and Support ID. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, improve the App, and maintain reasonable support records.
The App can copy your Support ID to the clipboard when you ask it to. The App is not designed to read unrelated clipboard content. Do not send confidential employer information, official exam content, trade secrets, or sensitive personal information in feedback or support messages.
9) External links
The App may open external services such as AWS documentation, Apple or Google sign-in or subscription-management pages, web checkout or billing-management pages, Discord, or your email application. When you use an external service, that provider may collect information under its own policy. Wang Method LLC does not control those services.
10) How information may be disclosed
Information reasonably controlled by Wang Method LLC may be disclosed:
- To service providers that operate functions described in this Policy
- To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request
- To protect users, the public, our rights, or App and infrastructure security
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law
We do not sell personal information. We do not use detailed learning progress for third-party targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
11) Retention
Local App information remains on your device until you use applicable reset controls, clear App storage, or delete the App, subject to operating-system behavior.
Support emails and records controlled by Wang Method LLC may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, document the issue, maintain security, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations, and may later be deleted or de-identified when appropriate.
Optional account and connection records are kept while needed to provide and secure connected access. Deleting a WMOL account removes its Supabase authentication user and its active account/device associations in the access database. The current access service retains a pseudonymous purchase/device claim record, including device and RevenueCat identifiers, a hashed device credential, and a previously-claimed marker, to prevent the same purchase being repeatedly assigned to new accounts. It removes the former WMOL user association from that device record. This retained record is not anonymous and does not automatically expire in the current implementation. You may request review of retained personal information at the contact address below, subject to applicable rights and permitted security, fraud-prevention, or legal retention.
Billing, transaction, security-log, backup, and support records may remain after in-App deletion where needed for their stated purpose or applicable obligations. RevenueCat, Stripe, Supabase, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, email providers, and other service providers also process and retain information under their respective roles, policies, and legal obligations. In-App deletion does not automatically erase independent store or payment-provider records.
12) Deletion, access, correction, and export requests
Where optional sign-in is available, open Settings > Full Access > Connect your devices > Delete Account to delete your WMOL account. You need to have signed in recently and confirm the deletion. This removes your WMOL sign-in and disconnects your devices, while the limited records described above are kept. It does not delete your Apple or Google account, erase study progress saved on your devices, or cancel billing. Use Manage Subscription before deleting if you want to stop future charges. Creating another WMOL account, even with the same email, will not restore this purchase automatically. Contact support if you need help with that purchase.
You may also request account deletion without reinstalling the App, or request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information reasonably controlled by Wang Method LLC, by emailing [email protected] and identifying the AWS Solutions Architect Associate App and your request. We may need reasonable information to verify ownership. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or private device credentials. We will address verified requests and relevant service-provider data as required by applicable law.
We cannot remotely retrieve, export, or delete information that exists only on your device. We also do not control marketplace, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or independent service-provider records. Requests concerning those records may need to be directed to the relevant provider.
13) Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App’s current architecture, including encrypted content packs, integrity verification, entitlement checks for protected keys, device-protected key storage where supported, and limited network authorization requests. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
14) Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and Wang Method LLC does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the App. If you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can review and delete information reasonably controlled by us as appropriate.
15) U.S. state and international privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to Wang Method LLC or particular processing, you may have additional rights regarding personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable privacy rights.
16) Changes to this Policy
We will revise this Policy if sign-in, cloud sync, institutional dashboards, analytics, AI features, advertising, audio recording, or other functionality materially changes how information is handled. The update date will be revised when this Policy changes.
